Sales & Relationship Support Executive
As a relative newcomer to Thomas Swan – I joined the team in July 2012 – I am revelling in the opportunity to put my passion for excellent customer service to good use, in my role as Sales & Relationship Support Executive.
I am responsible for co-ordinating the Performance Chemicals Division’s drive to provide world class customer service for our customers and for managing the implementation and delivery of a new extranet for premium customers. I also provide additional support for the Performance Chemicals Division’s business managers.
Having worked in various customer-facing roles for organisations such as Business Link, The Tyneside Economic Development Company and The North East Chamber of Commerce, my experience and enthusiasm as a customer care professional perfectly suits the profile of Thomas Swan – that of a progressive and increasingly important player in the international chemicals market.
I enjoy the challenge of building strong relationships with customers, based on performance, which fits in neatly with the core strengths, values and traditions of the company – whilst enabling our business to develop within exciting new markets worldwide.
