Business Manager, Tyres & Rubber, Performance Chemicals

Initially joining Thomas Swan as a Business Development Manager, responsible for implementing and leading the market led innovation programme, I am now Business Manager for our Tyres & Rubber additives. I have global responsibility for marketing and sales in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The Tyres & Rubber additive markets are exciting and dynamic sectors, driven by ever-increasing performance demands whilst also maintaining strong environmental considerations.

As a provider of niche performance chemicals in these sectors - with a strong reputation for innovation - Thomas Swan is uniquely placed to deliver additives which will enable our customers to stay ahead of their competition, in their ever-evolving markets. Our experience and manufacturing expertise – along with the flexibility which comes with being an independent company - can make all the difference to their success.

Prior to Thomas Swan, I spent five years at R.S. Clare and eight years with Arizona Chemical in a variety of technical roles, eventually as global technical lead for market-driven innovation in roads and roofing.
